Building + Managing Programs, Systems + Brands

The quiet infrastructure behind founders who have already learned how to execute.

Prana Consulting partners quietly with founders who already move quickly, building the programs, systems, and brand presence that keep pace with them, so that none of their momentum has to be spent managing the details themselves.

What I do

Three ways of building what a growing business is missing.

Programs

Mentorship programs, client experiences, and internal initiatives, thoughtfully designed, launched, and run in a way that never slows a team down.

Systems

Operations, CRM implementation, and documented process that turns momentum into something repeatable.

Brands

Content strategy, events, and podcast coordination for founders whose name and presence are part of the business.

Recent work

A mentorship program built from the ground up for a five-person spa.

As fractional Operations Director for a boutique spa, Prana Consulting designed and launched a staff mentorship program alongside a new virtual consultation offering, all without adding headcount or slowing the pace of client bookings.

About

Ambiguity is the job, and structure is always the deliverable.

Prana Consulting draws on roughly a decade of experience in operations and project management, spanning customer success, event strategy, marketing, go-to-market execution, and sales. The instinct behind every engagement remains the same, which is to find the ambiguity, build the structure around it, and keep it running without ever needing to be rescued.

The firm exists for founders who execute, offering the kind of quiet infrastructure they rarely have the hours to build for themselves: the programs, the systems, and the brand presence a growing business depends on. Engagements unfold across the Hudson Valley and remotely, taking the shape of a fractional Chief of Staff, an Operations Director, or a brand manager, depending on what each business truly needs.

"Prana" is the Sanskrit word for the vital, sustaining force behind every living system, and it captures a simple belief: that good operations do not force momentum, but rather remove what stands in its way.

That philosophy is woven into how the firm works, disciplined and unforced, drawing on the same quality of follow-through that competitive athletics, military family life, and yoga instruction all require in their own way. The best systems, much like the best breathing, are the ones a person eventually stops noticing.

Services

Two engagements, each one shaped entirely around what a business actually needs.

Programs & Systems

Fractional Chief of Staff and Operations Director support for founders and small teams in need of senior operational leadership on a part-time footing, the kind of partner who can own a project from beginning to end rather than simply track its progress.

Includes

  • Project charters and roadmaps for new initiatives
  • Weekly cadence to track progress and unblock work
  • Team systems, SOPs, and onboarding documentation
  • CRM and tool implementation (HubSpot and similar)

Good fit if you

  • Have more initiatives than bandwidth to run them
  • Need one person accountable for follow-through
  • Aren't ready for a full-time operations hire

Brands

Personal brand management for founders and executives who need their public presence to run like a business function, not a side project.

Includes

  • Content strategy and social media management
  • Podcast coordination, including guest booking, scheduling, and promotion
  • Event planning and on-the-ground logistics
  • Marketing calendar and campaign execution

Good fit if you

  • Are the face of the brand and don't have time to run it
  • Want consistent output without doing it yourself
  • Need one person coordinating content, events, and media

How we work together

A simple rhythm, kept that way on purpose.

01. Assess

Map what's actually happening

A short discovery period to understand your current systems, team, and bottlenecks before anything gets built.

02. Build

Design the structure

Charters, processes, and tools built entirely around your business, and never pulled from a generic template.

03. Run

Keep it moving

Weekly cadence to track progress, solve problems, and add new initiatives as priorities shift.
